Please read the following carefully to help us ensure that your orders will be delivered smoothly. 

Order online 24/7
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will be processed during shop opening hours. We will arrange delivery on the closest delivery date subject slot availabilities. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please expect a confirmation call from us one working day before the actual date of delivery.  Should there be any special delivery requests, please let us know through the “comments” area on the check out page.  We will try to accommodate your requests as much as we can.

Free delivery
We offer free delivery with orders over $800HKD, (so it’s worth stocking up!)

Low Order Fee:  For orders under $800HKD, a delivery charge to the amount of $100HKD will be added onto your final bill.

Delivery Coverage
Local - We deliver to all areas of the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (EXCEPT outlying lslands – we don’t have boats sorry).  Please contact us to arrange delivery alternatives where possible.

China and other countries (outside of Hong Kong) - We do arrange Fedex courier delivery.  Please call our shop at +852 25259128 to arrange quotation PRIOR to sending in payment and request on the website.   We will not be responsible for the courier charges, local taxes and customs duties & clearings where applicable. 

When your order arrives
Please have someone to sign off the delivery as we will not be responsible for damages or missing items if the goods are left unattended. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND INFORM US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.

Buying as Gift?
If you are buying a gift for friends/families or simply for someone else, please advise on the “comments” area during checkout should you wish to have any special message or gift card to be included when it is delivered.

Return policy

Damages
Healthy Delight makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the delivery process. Merchandise damaged should be reported to us within 2 working days upon receipt.  If the package/items are damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item for you at no extra costs.

Healthy Delight will accept responsibility to replace any expired, spoiled, or otherwise 'bad' product (this does not include the subjective nature of a flavor that a customer does not particularly care for.  In other words, "I don't like the way it tastes" is not a valid reason for replacement).  
 
Returns & Exchanges
• Full refund will only be issued on unopened packages (same state as delivered) returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our shop.
• Returned item(s) can be exchanged for all products from our catalogue up to the same value as the returned item(s) within 7 days of the day of original purchase. Shipping charge and Low Order Fee are non refundable.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors that may appear on our online web site or catalog.
• While we try to keep the website updated with latest product information and pictures, actual product you receive may look a little different than what you see on the website. Product description and packaging changes often and sometimes manufacturers don't inform us. We keep our website up to date but product information at the website is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about packaging or product descriptions.

Coupons
Please input coupon code (if applicable) before check-out.  Once the transaction has been processed, we will not be able to backtrack the transaction for any missing coupon inputs.
